Description

Join our small group eco-tour and embark on a stunning journey along the Great Ocean Road, one of Australia’s most magnificent coastal drives.

As we follow the coastal road, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views and pristine beaches along Victoria’s Surf Coast. We’ll also make a detour into the Great Otway National Park to spot wild koalas in their natural habitat, and then we’ll continue to Apollo Bay for lunch.

After lunch, our route takes us through the Otway Ranges, where you can explore the cool, lush rainforest of the Great Otway National Park. You’ll be surrounded by towering Mountain Ash trees, which happen to be the tallest flowering trees on the planet.

Moving on from the Otway Ranges, we reach the Shipwreck Coast. Here, you’ll witness incredible limestone formations, including the iconic 12 Apostles. Stroll along the boardwalks to take in the breathtaking scenery. We’ll also visit Loch Ard Gorge, known for its tragic shipwreck history, where only two teenagers survived the wreck of the Loch Ard in 1878. The tour includes a visit to the beach to learn about their remarkable story and then we’ll descend to the beach again at Gibson’s Steps. This is where you can truly appreciate the immense limestone cliffs and the offshore rock stacks.

Our tour will conclude with drop-off at your Melbourne accommodation, and you’ll cherish this day as one of the standout highlights of your visit to Australia.
